Booking and Cancellation
Currently we work with clients on a prepaid basis. Minimum prepayment - one night stay. Prepayments are at final settlement on arrival. Prepayment is always counted when the customer booking dates and can be refunded if its no-show customer informed at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
Prepayment booking as a guarantee for the customer and for us. Prepayment is as follows: if the client has indicated its Proposal cash - he this day by fax, or by e-mail send an invoice for pre-payment for the first night if the clearing - Account for the entire stay.
Account customer can pay by any convenient way: at any commercial bank or postal money order, and send us a copy of the payment order. In response we send booking confirmation for your entire stay.
